Pack the necessary parts of your messy life into a few tidy boxes,
Leave a note, get in your car, and go.
Find a small, livable space in a city on the coast. Make it happy, make it cozy, make it yours. Get a plant and get a pair of kittens, hang your favorite pictures with clothespins and twine.
Get a job in a cute little bookstore, coffee shop, restaurant,
Whatever pays the bills.
Go to e very audition you can.
Spend your days working hard,
smiling at the small things and loving everyone you meet.
Practice patience and unconditional kindness.
Spend your evenings trying new recipes, reading, drinking tea, and playing your guitar or the old piano you lucked out on from an internet ad.
Invest time into anyone, but be careful to invest your heart only in beautiful souls that understand depth of character.
Settle into your new life, save your coins in jars for adventures you’ll go on soon. Make plans to travel the world while you’re young, and make it happen. Get to the ocean weekly (at least). Truly learn what it is to live and love.
Do all of this and eagerly await any and all opportunities God will reveal for your life. There must be a reason you still don’t know what you want to do, maybe you just need to find yourself and see the world first.
You can’t chase dreams that you haven’t dreamt yet.
